The team of the Firm consists of only lawyers who graduated the Warsaw University, according to my believes the best higher school in Poland. All members of the team speak fluent English. All works are coordinated by advocates qualified by Warsaw Advocate Bar, short description you may find below.
Monika Laske, advocate
Advocate, managing director. Admitted to Warsaw Bar Chamber from 2006. Before starting the Law Firm she gained 6 years of experience in 5 well known Polish law firms. Graduated Warsaw University Faculty of Law (2000), and Center for American Law Studies, a joint program of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Appointed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage to Copyright Law Commission for three cadencies. She specialises in start-ups, agreements and shareholders conflicts. She speaks fluent English.
Katarzyna Adamczyk, advocate
Advocate. She cooperates with the Firm since the beginning of 2009. She graduated Warsaw University (2008) where she also completed the programme of the Italian and European Law School (2008) created by the Warsaw University jointly with the Catania University - Faculty of Law. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar.
She is mainly involved the litigation practice. Katarzyna specialises in litigation and civil law procedure, real estate law, corporate and commercial law, public procurement law and contract law. In particular, she represents our clients in front of common courts of law in civil and commercial cases as well as in public procurement cases in front of National Chamber of Appeal (Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza).
